Shipping policy

1. General information

Orders are processed through external suppliers. The products are shipped directly to the customer, usually from international warehouses.

2. Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 business days, but no later than within 20 working days.

In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our sphere of control, for example due to logistical processes, customs clearance or increased demand.

3. Shipment tracking

After shipping, the customer receives a tracking number with which the delivery can be tracked.

4. Responsibility

We assume no liability for delays caused by external service providers or logistical processes, to the extent permitted by law.

The handling of shipping and delivery is carried out by external logistics partners.
