Refund & Return Policy

1. EU Consumers

Consumers residing in the European Union may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason 

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been forwarded to the supplier or fulfillment center.

3. Returns

Prior contact is required for any return. The return address will be provided after verification.

For approved returns, the customer bears the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

4. Customers Outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union, returns due to change of mind, mistaken purchase, no longer needed, or dissatisfaction are not accepted.

Non-EU orders may only be returned if the product is defective, damaged during transport, or delivered incorrectly.

Defect claims must be reported within 60 days of delivery.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide a description and photo or video evidence of the issue.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed after verification and are issued to the original payment method.
